By accessing or using the QuVikme mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2. Description of Service
QuVikme is a mobile app-based service platform that connects residents in housing societies with verified service providers for home maintenance needs including plumbing, electrical work, caregiving, and other household services.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account using your mobile number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Service Provider Verification
While QuVikme verifies service providers through document checks and background verification, we do not guarantee the quality or safety of their services. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and use their judgment when engaging with service providers.
5. Booking and Payments
Users can book services through the app. Payment can be made manually (cash or UPI directly to the vendor). QuVikme may charge a platform fee for facilitating the connection.
6. Subscription Plans
Service providers may subscribe to Standard or Premium plans. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
7. Location Tracking
QuVikme collects location data to enable features such as vendor matching, route tracking, and service delivery. Location data is only shared with relevant parties (vendors, users, admins) as necessary for service provision.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service to:
- Harass other users
- Post false information
- Engage in fraud
- Violate local laws
9. Intellectual Property
All content included on the QuVikme platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of QuVikme or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
QuVikme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services or any arrangements made between users and service providers.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will provide notice of significant changes through the app or via email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
